Professional indemnity: £5 million, each and every claim. This covers the professional advice, design and reporting we provide.

Public liability, drone operations: £25 million, each and every claim. Aerial survey carries its own exposure and its own cover.

Employers' liability: £5 million, each and every claim.

Each and every claim rather than in the aggregate. The limit applies to each claim separately, so a single earlier claim does not reduce what remains available on a later one. A number of consultancies carry aggregate cover; the distinction matters when an appointment is being reviewed.

This page states the cover in force. It is not a statement of what is covered on any particular project, and it does not extend, limit or vary Lead Group's contractual or legal liability.

All cover is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions and limits of the policies in force at the time, and to the insurer's assessment of the claim.

Nothing on this website forms part of a contract. The scope of our services, the deliverables, the assumptions, the exclusions and the applicable terms are confirmed in the fee proposal and terms of engagement issued for each project.

Where an appointment, framework or funder requires a particular level or form of cover, or a specific endorsement, tell us at enquiry rather than after appointment. Cover can usually be arranged; it cannot usually be arranged retrospectively.

Collateral warranties and third-party rights are provided where the appointment requires them.
